Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Superio Furniture Limited's standard online furniture range. Seller and contact details are in our Contact information policy. Separate trade-service and bespoke quotations specify their own scope and do not alter consumer statutory rights.

Before paying, check the selected product, dimensions, finish, quantity, delivery address and collection or delivery option. Prices are in GBP and include VAT. Included local kerbside delivery and collection arrangements are described in our Shipping and collection policy. Options marked price on request are not available to purchase until a separate quotation is agreed.

Payment is taken through the methods available at Shopify checkout. Your automated order receipt acknowledges the order. We accept your order when we send confirmation that we can fulfil it; the stated production and delivery timeframe starts from that confirmation. If we cannot accept the order, we will explain and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute a product or increase the agreed price without your agreement.

Our standard shop furniture is supplied assembled. Kitchen cabinet prices cover carcasses only, excluding doors, hinges and handles unless expressly included. Installation is a separate quoted service. Product dimensions and selected finish form part of the order specification.

Images identified as AI design visuals are illustrative, not photographs of a finished item in every available configuration. Screen colours and woodgrain appearance may vary. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification or a material sample. These explanations do not remove our obligation to supply goods matching the agreed description, of satisfactory quality and fit for their stated purpose.

Our Shipping and collection policy and Returns and refunds policy form part of these terms. Goods remain our responsibility until you or your nominated recipient take physical possession; where you independently commission a carrier not offered by us, the applicable statutory rules on transfer to that carrier apply. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

To report a problem or complaint, email contact@superiofurniture.com or call 01782 898505 with your order number and details. We will investigate and discuss an appropriate resolution. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales without depriving consumers elsewhere in the UK of mandatory protections or access to their local courts.
