Shipping policy

Our shop furniture is made to order and supplied fully assembled. The expected delivery or collection timeframe is 5–7 working days from order confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. We will contact you to arrange delivery or confirm when your order is ready for collection. If a delay arises, we will explain it and discuss your options; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Free kerbside delivery is included within a 50-mile radius of our Hanley workshop, regardless of the number of items ordered. Eligibility is checked using the delivery address at checkout. We do not currently offer standard online delivery outside this area; please contact us before ordering if you need another arrangement.

Kerbside delivery does not include carrying furniture indoors, upstairs, unpacking or installation. Please check the product dimensions and arrange suitable help and access to move assembled furniture into your property. Tell us about vehicle access restrictions before delivery. Installation can be discussed and quoted separately.

Free collection is available by arrangement from Superio Hanley Workshop, Unit 15, Trent Trading Estate, 59 Botteslow Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 3LY. Wait for our ready-for-collection confirmation and agree a collection time before travelling. Bring your order confirmation and a suitable vehicle and help to transport assembled furniture safely.

Shop prices include VAT. Kitchen cabinet listings are carcass only; doors, hinges and handles are excluded unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Trade workshop services and bespoke projects are quoted separately, including their delivery arrangements and lead times.
